Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

- Special Offers are for 2 people sharing a queen bed, extra rates apply for extra people.
- All offers exclude school and public holidays.
- All children must be supervised at all times.
- No person/s must climb on the outside of the building.
- Strictly no party policy. No Noise between 10pm and 8am.
- The number of guest in the apartment shall not exceed the number of guest on the booking in form, unless the manager has been advised and approval given.
- A minimum fee of $100.00 will be charged if you leave the unit dirty or in an untidy state or break or damage any of the Apollo property.
- If you smoke any substance in an apartment, you will be charged full cost for removal of smoke fumes/smell from the apartment and any loss of income for the time the apartment is shut down to the public.
- Apollo managers reserve the rights to terminate the reservation immediately, without refund if the above condition/s are broken

Deposit Policy

A 25% deposit is taken for bookings or a minimum of $100 deposit taken for all bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: All cancellation will incur a $50.00 administration fee.
Cancellations less than 30 days notice: If the unit cannot be re-let due to late cancellation no refund will be issued.
Peak/High Season Cancellation Policy: Mid December to End January.
$100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE holding deposit applies to all peak/high season bookings.
Refunds will be given less the $100 before the 30th September. After 1st October NO REFUNDS. NO REFUNDS on group bookings of more than 2 units at any time during Peak/High season.

No Show Policy

Deposit is forfeited for no show

Child Policy

Children must be supervised by a parent at all times.

Check-in Policy

Check In: 2.30pm (Sorry no early Check-Ins) Check Out: 10.00am (Late check outs will incur a $50.00 fee until 12.00 o’clock. After 12 an extra day will be charged. (STRICTLY BY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT ONLY).
Payment: cash, cheque, VISA, Mastercard, Eftpos
Balance of account is due on arrival. (If not paid on arrival, managers will credit their credit card the next morning).
