Top of the Lake Holiday Units are situated on three grass filled acres surrounded by many beautiful natural areas and only minutes to Merimbula, Pambula and a short drive to Bega, Eden and Tathra ocean beaches, lake fishing and National Parks. There are so many local attractions to keep you and the whole family entertained for days.

Top of the Lake Holiday Units features a terrace, garden and apartments with balconies and lake views, an 11-minute drive from Merimbula Main Beach. Free WiFi and free parking are included. Guests can prepare a meal in their fully equipped kitchen or using the shared barbecue facilities provided. All apartments feature outdoor furniture, a private bathroom and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. You can enjoy a range of on-site activities including canoeing and fishing. Grocery delivery can be arranged and there is a library with a variety of books to keep you entertained.

Getting There : These self-contained apartments are 8-minute drive from Boardwalkart Gallery and a 13-minute drive from Short Point beach. Mandeni Family Fun Park is 14 minutes drive away.

This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove top, microwave, electric frypan, toaster, kettle, full size fridge all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. It also includes it's own 6ft enclosed courtyard, enclosed deck with lake views and outdoor furniture own BBQ. Own bathroom.

Access to fully fenced communal yard to run around and access to our private Lake access via a small jetty and boat ramp.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

Government-issued photo identification, a valid credit card or cash deposit is required at the time of check-in.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are 20% of full cost or the cost of one nights accommodation, whichever is greater. Except for the Peak Period when a deposit of 50% of full cost is required to secure the booking and the balance due is to be paid 30 days before your date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 7 days of booking arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 7 days notice incur an administration fee of 35% of the total booking fee.

No Show Policy

In case of No-Show 100% of first night will be charged.

Child Policy

All children are welcome.

Check-in Policy

Check in time starts at 2 PM.

Other Policy

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. If units are left in an dirty or untidy state a minimum fee of $75 will be charged.
