South Seas accommodation is undoubtedly Merimbula's best located Motel located in the CBD just 50 meters from the Merimbula Post Office. You can leave the car at the motel, it's just a brief walk to everything from the Shopping Centre, Supermarket, Club Sapphire, RSL, Restaurants, Picture Theatre all located within 150 meters of the Motel.

Stay and relax in the garden and spacious lawns area or on the sundeck beside the large solar heated salt water swimming pool. Perhaps dining outside is more inviting, use the free BBQ facilities and dine in the large secluded outside dining area or use the newly renovated Function Room that seats up to 55 people. The Function Room is ideal for your next, Corporate Event, Convention, Group or Coach Booking.

South Seas offers 20 rooms. We have something to suit everyone from Travellers to Executives for short breaks or long stays for individuals or the whole family.

directly opposite the Caltex Service Station. The motel has direct access to the Interstate Coach Stop which is located directly behind the Motel.

Booking Policy

The motel reserves the right to cancel bookings without notice where no valid credit card has been registered. A government issued valid proof of identity may be required at check-in.

Deposit Policy

During PEAK SEASON direct booking require 50% deposit at the time of booking with balance payable on arrival. PEAK SEASON includes 24th Dec - 14th Jan, Easter, June Long Weekend.

Booking during OFF-PEAK times payment is required on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

PEAK SEASON bookings cannot be cancelled and deposit is non-refundable. PEAK SEASON includes 24th Dec - 14th Jan, Easter, June Long Weekend.

OFF PEAK bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. You will be charged for the first night if you cancel less than 48 hours before arrival.

No Show Policy

OFF PEAK SEASON Full amount of the first night will be charged in case of No-Show.

Child Policy

All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib.
One older child or adult is charged AUD 15 per person per night in an extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.

Check-in Policy

Monday to Saturday 2pm to 7.30pm - Sunday and public Holidays 2pm to 6.30pm. If checking in outside of this time please call Reception to advise arrival time.
Photo and credit card ID may be required at check in.

Other Policy

Any guest not respecting other guests and/or property will be asked to leave and refund will not be given.

Late check can be arranged with Reception on arrival. Additional charges will apply
